Purpose-Built for an International Challenge

nDiligence is a commercial, non-governmental firm built to work where exposure actually accumulates: inside global enterprises, supplier networks, and capital flows. We provide sustained visibility into ownership, dependency, and influence patterns as they emerge in real commercial activity, so the organizations that depend on those networks can act on evidence rather than on assurance.

Our Company

Who We Are

nDiligence is operated by a team with extensive international security experience spanning national security, counterintelligence, cyber operations, and global risk. We are a commercial organization operating in a business-to-business model. We do not bid on government contracts and do not act as a government contractor. Our role is intentionally limited by design: we operate inside global enterprises, commercial supplier networks, and investor capital flows, where adversarial influence unfolds. We focus on closing the gap between private-sector discovery and government action.
Our Offerings

What We Do

Adversarial actors build influence, access, and control through ordinary commercial relationships — investments and capital, suppliers and service providers, digital infrastructure, and the layers beneath them. It accumulates incrementally, through transactions that each look unremarkable on their own. nDiligence was purpose-built to make that accumulation visible before it matures into leverage. We operate through six integrated capabilities.
  • Continuous monitoring of ownership, control, and influence across global supplier networks
  • Detection of adversarial placement, access, influence, and control patterns
  • Deep diligence across physical, digital, and capital supply chains
  • Structured intelligence sharing across enterprises and trusted partners
  • Findings documented to a standard that supports referral to counsel, regulators, or authorities when a matter requires it

Adversarial campaigns operate across all five classes at once. nDiligence illuminates all of them.

Our Experience

Why We Exist

The challenge of adversarial influence in global supply chains cannot be solved by the private sector acting alone. Neither can it be solved by any single government operating within national authorities. It is fundamentally an international security problem that demands a coalition-based response. Recent advances in data availability, automation, and artificial intelligence have created a genuine inflection point making persistent, cross-domain diligence feasible at scale for the first time. nDiligence was built to operationalize this new reality: not as an extension of traditional compliance, but as a software-driven platform designed to automate and scale deep diligence at the tempo required to match how adversarial influence operations actually function.
Our Company

Our Model

nDiligence deliberately applies the proven cybersecurity information-sharing model to global supplier and capital environments. We assume zero trust, opacity and unverified dependency are treated as risk conditions, not neutral states. We prioritize continuous monitoring rather than point-in-time certification. We emphasize intelligence sharing using open, provenanced, and shareable data as the baseline for international interoperability. And we are built for collaboration across organizations and jurisdictions, so findings can be shared without either side giving up control of its own data.
Intelligence, not checklists
Well-sourced, provenance-tracked findings, human-reviewed and built to withstand scrutiny.
Investigative tradecraft
Decades of international investigative experience, applied across government, commercial, and cybersecurity domains.
Never point-in-time
Persistent monitoring keeps trusted networks under watch, so a clear picture today does not become a blind spot tomorrow.
Commercial by design
Purely business-to-business, preserving the neutrality, international reach, and tempo the work requires.
